US SEC settles with two investment firms over misleading AI statements

WASHINGTON (Reuters) – Investment advisers Delphia Inc and Global Predictions Inc will pay a $400,000 fine to settle U.S. civil charges that they made false and misleading statements about their use of artificial intelligence, the Securities and Exchange Commission said on Monday.
