Police have alleged that Kundra earned over Rs 1.17 crore between August-December 2020 by uploading pornographic content online, through Hotshots. He was arrested on 19 July.
The case was registered by Mumbai crime branch after an actress approached the police & alleged she was forced to shoot for a pornographic film for the HotShots app owned by Kundra.
Kundra, in his plea to the court, claimed that the 'material' found by police did not show explicit sexual acts but were in form of short movies that are 'lascivious'
