Private health facilities across Bihar have closed down after their staff or patients tested positive. In some cases, patients are asked to take Covid tests before seeking treatment.
The per day charges for intensive care treatment shall not exceed Rs. 15,000 and for asymptomatic or mild cases, the maximum is Rs. 7,500, said the government.
