A bench of Chief Justice D B Bhosale and Justice Suneet Kumar passed the order taking cognisance of the gangrape case on a letter to the court by senior lawyer Gopal Swaroop Chaturvedi.

I hope all the paper and tape evidence is still intact. CBI is no God, it will need hard evidence to prove a case especially since one of the key witnesses is dead.
i am very sad when ever i read about this unnao case and one of jammu case really i m feeling very weak.how these rapist are still doing argument and behaving like an innocent. and what happend to mr modi ” kahan hai mann ki baat” when he wil say about this.
I feel so ashamed being a citizen of a country where such disgusting and inhuman men are granted the freedom to violate young females, A CHILD, kill their family members and still manage to roam around fearlessly. Is this the country our forefathers fought for? Enough is enough. Don’t let your ignorance blind you. This terrible monster and the men who worked for him need to go to prison, need to be killed, need to be skinned alive and fed to dogs. They don’t deserve to be treated like humans and they don’t deserve an inch of sympathy. I hope this angel gets the justice she deserves, my thoughts and prayers go out to her family.
