Indian Judiciary – the Justice Delivery System in India has become handicapped when the requirement of Bar experience of a Law Graduate is taken away by the Hon’ble SC in 2002 !! Academic study & practical study are entirely different. Lack of practical knowledge reflects in the quality of justice rendered by such Judges. Not only quality but also after effects faced by Advocates.

In my opinion we need able and capable judges who can deliver justice without fear and favour. On the name of hearing lot of time is given for advocates. They just file the cases and no follow up and the respondents no replies. The biggest litigants are governments. They need separate benches to deal. Courts are showing interest in cases which are useless to present living people this should be avoided. Court administration is bending for influenced advocates then where common man get justice. It is indeed pleasure to write that the Indian Judiciary should improve the work By the Hobble Junior or Senior Judges , fast in the Country soon No Matters If The Judges Age is Less or More But They must be of Thorough Knowledge Of Law Individually Civil And Criminal Laws , And should not give ample of chances to The Advocates But Delivered the Judgement Fairly , Due to This Problems innocent Citizens are Suffering from Decade’s , And Besides to This The Police of any State in Country take a chance to interfere in Civil or Criminal Dispute Matters and gain a good Corruption of Money and settle Partially .
Hence to stop this the Indian Judiciary should Implement fast in work .

Well that malaise is also present in ICS also where raw children are put on the driving seat because of ‘catch them young’ theory and then they behave like kings while cocooned in their bloated egos.
Those who are into practice know the toil it requires leaving one with almost no time for cramming up sections of laws for Judicial or Higher Judicial exams. But somehow My Lords feel that they’ll get best brains as judges by conducting such exams. Practically speaking, what they get is bright academicians with below average practical exposure. Of course, exceptions are there. But selecting Sessions Judges by conducting exams is ridiculous.
If it is so meritorious, why not select High Court Judges by such written exams?
I’m sure most of High Court Judges would flunk if made to take such exams…

Litigation experience gives practical exposure to law, practice, procedures. It is desirable that an applicant has at least five years of either independent practice or working under a senior. In law colleges, the orientation of teaching is always towards being a lawyer, not about being a judge. The two jobs are as similar as chalk and cheese. With direct recruitment form the pool of fresh graduates, a novice sits on the Bench, and decides weighty issues. Seasoned lawyers have to argue cases before judges, who have no depth of appreciation of law. Trust supreme court to destroy a good system, just as it has done in the case of Coal block cancellation, 2G matter, and recently in Telecom companies issue of revenue share from Adjusted gross receipts.

These Judicial officers are doing Naukri they do not feel responsibility to do justice.
