I think govt should asses the selection process of Leaders besides of bureaucrats.
Why there is not exam for leader before the election. Dont they should have to go through knowledge and personality test before applying for any MP, MLA or any other???!!!!
Steps to be taken strengthen the process. Also there should be a minimum qualification and an entry test for those who wants to enter into the politics.
It is not fair to change the most standard, competitive and tough exam without changing the selection process for those who wants to join politics. We should remember, IAS officer working with political candidate or under him. It matters a lot.
