the govt should drop all these extravagant projects including central vista, bullet train, new parliament building and utilise the funds saved for addressing the corono virus disruption in economy and spend the same to re-monitise the poor.
Even if its going to cost a zillion dollars, Govt should go for it. Anything will be better than the monstrosity that is the current Parlement building!
