– Passport can be held only by Indian citizens
– Bank account number , IFSC codes etc are all irrelevant to the above two
Perhaps aadhar and PAN can be integrated to some extent , but a Passport is a document that has to be accepted internationally , so has to be distinct.
With a Single Card Data theft ,will be EASIER and hence loss of wealth and Privacy. First India has to address the 24x7x365, risk in Digitization as Foreign Hackers ,especially from the developed nations,can easily penetrate Indian IT System/Infra.Google”s Quantum Supremacy is reported to make stealing Crypto Currencies” and Military ,Secrets EASIER.
What if that one card is lost? We already know how much time does it take to get an Aadhaar card updated. It’s not feasible because of our govt. machinery which is late Lateef.
