My take on it – Not in Defence, but in reality. The Language…..not a strong suit for many…he should have referred to the NGO rep as “NGO person” , I suppose, he surely had the jeans in mind and not the sex of the person. Now twist it as you please… an example of where the media leads us – more sensational than sensible.

The govt is afraid of appointing judges. Won’t they be liberal, legal education’s default position?
