A special CBI court Thursday acquitted all the accused in the high-profile 2G spectrum allocation scam.
Those acquitted include former telecom minister A. Raja and DMK MP Kanimozhi.
The explosive report by the Vinod Rai-led Comptroller and Auditor General (CAG), which brought the scam to light, held A. Raja responsible for flouting rules, practising favouritism and causing the government a presumptive loss of Rs 1.76 lakh crore.
Here is a list of the key politicians, bureaucrats, executives and corporate leaders who were accused in the case and sent to jail.
Each of them were booked under the Prevention of Corruption Act, among others.

Former telecom minister.
Arrested on 2 February, 2011 by the CBI and sent to Tihar jail on 17 February.
Granted bail by a special CBI court on 15 May, 2012.
Muthuvel Karunanidhi Kanimozhi
DMK MP and daughter of DMK patriarch M. Karunanidhi.
Arrested on 20 May, 2011.
Granted bail by the Delhi High Court on 29 November, 2011.
Siddharth Behura
Former telecom secretary.
Arrested on 2 February, 2011 along with A. Raja.
Released on bail after 15 months.
R.K. Chandolia
A. Raja’s private secretary.
Arrested on 2 February, 2011.
Granted bail on 1 December, 2011.
Shahid Usman Balwa and Vinod Goenka
Promoters of Swan Telecom.
Arrested by the CBI on 8 February, 2011 and 20 April, 2011 respectively.
Goenka was granted bail on 24 November and Balwa on 29 November 2011.
