This edition of ‘Off The Cuff’ saw ‘CEO of UIDAI, Dr. Ajay Bhushan Pandey’ in conversation with ThePrint Chairman & Editor-in-Chief Shekhar Gupta. At a time when concerns over data breaches and misuse of Aadhaar have become topics of national debate, Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI) CEO Ajay Bhushan Pandey took tough questions about the controversial identification system head on. Arguing that the entire Aadhaar system is based on “minimum information and optimum ignorance”, Pandey sought to allay a range of concerns at this OTC conversation with Editor-in-Chief Shekhar Gupta and Associate Editor Ruhi Tewari.
