It seems there is no competent candidate to represent Bhubaneswar for which the old man is given mandate all the time. It is not his fault at all. It is the fault of the electorate which vote for him and the party which gives him the ticket to contest the election. At least he is not a criminal and is a man of literature. People elect him as there is no suitable alternative and he commands respect in the locality. He is a person against whom no allegation of wrongdoing is there. It is better to have a good and slightly incompetent person in the helms of affairs than a competent criminal.
