MPLADS expenditure should be further classified in subheads so that everyone can see where he’s spent the fund. So far we don’t have any or hardly visible development projects.
Mr Meinya is from Educational background but the % of questions Asked or participated on Education is only 6% and on employment is mererly 3%. This SHOWS he is neither interested nor concerned about the biggest problems in his constituency.
His concern regarding health and social , welfare and agriculture is dismal.
His contribution in the three terms he represented. Inner Manipur is pathetic.
