Prayagraj (UP), Mar 12 (PTI) A woman allegedly killed her five-month-old son by crushing his head following a quarrel with her husband in the Ganga Nagar area here, police said on Thursday.
According to the police, the incident occurred on Wednesday night in Pilkhani village, where Manorama Yadav had an argument with her husband Santosh over an issue. Following the dispute, the woman allegedly struck the infant on the head with a piece of flooring tile, resulting in his death. Deputy Commissioner of Police (Ganga Nagar), Kuldeep Gunawat, said the woman hid the body of the child in the kitchen after committing the crime.
