New Delhi, Mar 30 (PTI) Three people, including two juveniles, have been apprehended for allegedly stabbing two minors in northeast Delhi’s Gokalpuri area, police said on Monday.

In a separate incident, two men were arrested for attacking a 26-year-old man in Nand Nagri, police said.

In the Gokalpuri case, the incident occurred on March 28 near Ganga Vihar when two 17-year-old boys were attacked following a minor altercation.

According to the police, the victims had gone to meet a friend near a pipeline where an argument broke out with the accused, identified as Kartik (19), and his associates.

The accused stabbed both victims and fled. Police rushed the injured to GTB Hospital. A case was registered, and Kartik was later arrested in Shahdara. His associates, two juveniles, were subsequently apprehended at his instance, police said.

The knife used in the crime was recovered, police said.

In a separate case in Nand Nagri, a 26-year-old man, identified as Lokesh, was stabbed allegedly without provocation while returning home in Sunder Nagri on Sunday.

Police said the victim was shifted to GTB Hospital by a PCR van. Based on his statement, a case was registered, and an investigation was initiated.

A team arrested two accused — Zuber alias Zubbi (22) and Deepak (20), both residents of Sunder Nagri.

During interrogation, they admitted to their involvement in the attack, and the knife used in the offence was recovered at their instance.

“Zuber was found to be previously involved in a snatching case,” said the police officer.

Further investigation in both cases is underway. PTI BM BM HIG HIG
