The anthem, which echoes the party’s “secular social justice” ideology, is expected to headline at Vijay’s major campaign rally at Marakkadai on Thursday.
Tiruchirapalli City Police have issued a conditional NOC for the event, following a massive roadshow at Perambur in Chennai earlier this week.
