Telecom major donates Rs 50 lakh for Andhra CM’s ‘poverty eradication’ scheme P4

Amaravati, April 1 (PTI) Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu has said a telecom major has donated over Rs 50 lakh to the “poverty eradication” programme P4.

A year after launching P4, the chief minister said an increasing number of partners are coming forward to contribute.

“I deeply appreciate the support extended by Oppo India through their generous contribution of Rs 50.5 lakh in furtherance of this cause (poverty eradication),” Naidu said in a post on ‘X’ on Tuesday.

He thanked Tasleem Arif, managing director, R&D, Oppo, for the contribution. PTI STH ADB
