Releasing the party’s poll manifesto for the April 23 Assembly elections, Palaniswami told reporters: “Seat sharing talks with smaller parties are in the final stages. Negotiations are going on with Tamil Maanila Congress-Moopanar, Puratchi Bharatam party and IJK.
