The NCH staff is regularly trained to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge required to handle complex cases effectively. The training workshops are conducted regularly to ensure that the staff members are equipped with the latest updates on the laws and regulations related to consumer rights.
The NCH Mediation Act, 2023, also provides for the voluntary option for both parties to resolve any civil and commercial disputes through mediation. This option can help the parties avoid going to court and achieve an amicable settlement.
