Ghaziabad (UP), Mar 30 (PTI) A 40-year-old man allegedly died by suicide after jumping from the roof of a high-rise building in the Rajnagar Extension area here on Monday afternoon, police said.

The deceased, Raghukul Tilak, a resident of a 12th-floor flat in Blue Moon Society in Nand Gram area, was employed with a Noida-based logistics company linked to Dubai, officials said.

Nand Gram Assistant Commissioner of Police Jiauddin Ahmed told PTI that Tilak had got married five years ago but had been living alone for the past three years following a dispute with his wife.

The couple officially divorced six months ago, he added, adding that the exact floor from which he jumped is yet to be ascertained.
