Palghar, Feb 16 (PTI) Four persons have been arrested for allegedly stealing HDP granules, an industrial material, from a company premises here in Maharashtra last week, police said on Wednesday.
An official release issued by the Mira Bhayandar-Vasai Virar (MBVV) police said miscreants broke into the company’s compound and escaped with HDP granules worth Rs 9.50 lakh on February 10.
The police worked on several leads and zeroed in on the four accused – Yaseen Siddiqui, Tabarak Idrisi, Ajmal Idrisi and Salim Siddiqui – who were arrested from Vasai on Monday, the release said.
