In a message, Governor Rajendra Vishwanath Arlekar said that Easter reminds us of the enduring power of hope, renewal, and compassion through the resurrection of Jesus.

“May this sacred festival inspire us to foster harmony, extend kindness to those in need, and work together for a more inclusive and peaceful society,” he said.

Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan stated that Easter conveys the enduring message that goodness and love can overcome any adversity and that truth ultimately prevails.

He described the occasion as a symbol of humanity and compassion triumphing over injustice.
