Jute Corp Hosts Health Camp for Safai Mitras in Kolkata

New Delhi: As part of the Swachhata Hi Seva 2024 campaign, the Jute Corporation of India Limited organised a health camp for its Safai Mitras at its Head Office in Kolkata. This campaign was aimed at promoting a greener and cleaner environment for a better future, a PIB press release stated.

A poster-making competition was also held by the students as part of the awareness campaign, which resulted in the children submitting creative ideas for promoting a greener and cleaner environment for a better future. The students sat on the floor, participating in a poster-making competition.

This initiative was part of the Swachhata Hi Seva 2024 campaign, which aims to create a sense of cleanliness and hygiene-related awareness among employees and students. The campaign is also part of a broader initiative to promote environmental awareness and also to ensure that all workplaces and educational institutions are clean and safe for the health of the workers and students.

As part of the Swachhata Hi Sewa Campaign 2024, the Office of the Development Commissioner (Handlooms) organized a debate competition on the theme “Ek Kadam Swachhata Ki Aur” at the Weaver’s Service Centre and the Indian Institute of Handloom Technology.
