Srinagar, Mar 29 (PTI) Three soldiers were injured in an alleged accidental firing incident in Jammu and Kashmir’s Kuwpara district, officials said here on Sunday.

The incident occurred when the service weapon of a soldier discharged accidentally, injuring three of his colleagues at an army camp in the Trehgam area on Saturday night, according to an army officer.

The official confirmed that three soldiers sustained injuries in the incident and are currently receiving treatment at a local military hospital. Further details regarding the incident are still pending.
