New Delhi: The Indian Women’s Hockey team participated in a mental strengthening and team-building camp at the Indian Naval Academy Ezhimala from July 14 to 21, 2024. The 30-member team and support staff were given an exclusive tour of the Academy’s state-of-the-art facilities, allowing them to experience the rigorous and disciplined training environment that defines a Naval officer, a PIB press release stated.

The camp promoted teamwork and strategic thinking, strengthened the team’s mental fortitude, and solidified their commitment to excellence.
