The Delhi LG is shameless guy. First he creates all types of obstacles in completing a project and once that’s completed in spite of the problems he created, he shamelessly reaches to the inauguration site to take credit. And says it all happened because of central aid. The center will not give any money to non-BJP states and if it gives anything there will be stamp of Modi and called central aid.
