Gurugram: Courage, conviction, and collaboration. These three C’s form the foundation of the fourth edition of the Women in Leadership (WIL) Conference, set to be hosted in Gurugram this Thursday by BML Munjal University (BMU). The event promises to bring together leaders from industry, policy, academia and entrepreneurship to examine how women are redefining influence in today’s evolving business landscape.

In the four years since its conception, the university’s flagship event has emerged as dynamic platform for dialogue on leadership that goes beyond representation, focusing instead on impact, governance and long-term value creation.

This year too, the conference will feature keynote addresses, panel discussions and experiential workshops designed to explore how women leaders are navigating complexity, driving institutional change and building resilient organizations.

Suchitra Ella, the managing director of Bharat Biotech widely lauded for her role in shaping India’s biotechnology landscape, will grace the occasion as the keynote speaker.

Along with her, to engage in discussions on board readiness, ethical leadership, governance, and navigating difficult conversations in high-stakes environments, are an assemblage of senior corporate leaders, board members, HR heads and policy influencers.

According to Pooja Maheshwari Salwan, Chair, WIL Conference, the conference is a platform to move the conversation forward, from aspiration to action.

“Through shared experiences and candid dialogue, we hope to create a space where women leaders strengthen their voice, expand their networks and amplify their influence across sectors”, she further said.

Through courage, conviction and collaboration, this bid by BMU,  promises to build an enduring network of leaders committed to driving meaningful change across sectors. As industries evolve and boardrooms transform, the platform aims to ensure that women are not just present in leadership conversations, but shaping them.
