Alipov has been Moscow’s top envoy to New Delhi since March 2022.
He also discussed at length the India-Russia oil trade and sanctions pressure amid the war in Ukraine, while asserting that Russia, India and China can together be a “decisive force in world politics if they come together for a coordinated world policy”.
