Modi rides into BJP’s executive meet — glimpses from the roadshow & party’s two-day event

New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi held a roadshow in Delhi Monday. It began at Sardar Patel Chowk and ended at NDMC (New Delhi Municipal Council) Convention Centre. BJP supporters gathered along the route to catch a glimpse of the PM. They showered flower petals as his cavalcade crossed Parliament street.
The roadshow ended at the venue for the Bharatiya Janata Party’s (BJP) two-day national executive meeting where the upcoming assembly elections in nine states slated this year and the Lok Sabha elections to be held next year are on the agenda.
Party leaders Amit Shah, Rajnath Singh, Nitin Gadkari, Nirmala Sitharaman and chief ministers of various states attended the meeting.
