Mumbai, Mar 11 (PTI) Industrial spaces and logistics infrastructure provider NDR Warehousing on Wednesday said it has committed approximately Rs 250 crore to develop its warehousing and industrial park facility in Aluva, Kerala.

The company also announced the opening of the facility, which is expected to generate employment for nearly 300 people, directly and indirectly, further supporting local economic growth and industrial development in the region.

The latest warehousing and industrial park is designed to cater to the growing demand for professionally managed logistics infrastructure from sectors such as FMCG, e-commerce, pharmaceuticals, and third-party logistics providers, the company said.

The facility forms part of NDR’s broader strategy to expand its presence across key logistics hubs in southern India and develop high-quality, technology-enabled infrastructure that enables efficient supply chain operations, it said.

“The inauguration of this facility marks an important step in strengthening logistics and industrial infrastructure in Kerala. As supply chains evolve, the need for efficient, well-planned warehousing infrastructure continues to grow,” said Raj Srinivasan, CEO, NDR Warehousing.

With the Aluva facility, NDR aims to support businesses operating in the region by providing modern, reliable logistics infrastructure while also contributing to local economic development and employment generation, he said. PTI IAS MR
