Gurugram, April 8 (PTI) The Real Estate Regulatory Authority of Gurugram said it has disposed of all pending complaints till 2024.
Now all cases before it for adjudication are from 2025 onwards, it said, adding that 2,174 cases were pending before the authority as on March 31, 2025, which have been disposed of.
In 2025, the authority adjudicated 5,024 complaints granting refund or delayed possession charges (DPC) as per the merits of the cases, as per a statement.
As per RERA status trackers on the website of the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, RERA Gurugram is the third highest in terms of number of complaint registration but in terms of disposal of registered complaints it is the highest, the statement added. PTI COR TRB TRB TRB
