There is urgent need to forge necessary coordination between central and state governments to implement existing regulations and to devise mechanism to monitor and enforce strategies that are timebound.Time for quick fix solutions is over. Dust and smoke two major causes of air pollution can be controlled with low cost solutions and some regulatory mechanisms at the city municipality level.
Dear Authors,
I liked the post (whatever I read briefly) but the subject itself. When you say Modi government instead of Indian Government or Central Government, it gives a biased impression though it may not be intended. I agree its time for Central government to enforce certain rules when state governments (Delhi included where I feel the impact most) are failing big time.
