from last 42 year, the Afghans generations never faced peace, they born & raise in terrorism and war against USSR. the central government of Afghanistan must be strong to apply their law enforcement in the whole country.
The most important this is, Afghanistan should not be proxy of any country against another country, otherwise, the things will remain the same.
