Time and again It’s very clear, while policy making, building public infrastructure there is no consideration set for these people. Not a single university or public infrastructure can be accessed independently by this group.
Right now government is busy in taxing them. But they don’t understand that they are paying luxurious price to co exist with normal population. And on top of it most of this group starts sufferings with ill prematurely due to constant friction with current infra . And who is going to take care of that. Government definitely not as case of inaccessible hospital facilities. Even a general public think millions of time to avail the health facity there. On top of this if they can save some money to get prompt attention in private hospital in future then taxation already robbed them off.
These insenstiviness regularly appear in our instituations be it security check at airport and here the job continuous criteria check.

Author’s take is valid. Certificate issuing authority must be accountable for genunity claim but they are resourceful. They have the connection in top bureaucracy and have a great amount of money. And that’s the only thing required to be innocent in current fractured judiciary. So effectively this exercise is futile so they adopted top to down approach. But hardship is there as a byproduct of this exercise.
