what do u mean by caretaker prime minister? i think u favour india too much.at leasr kp oli has the guts to tell the truth.we nepalese support him at the moment.
The hard fact is that without green signal from India it is near impossible to hold elections in Nepal. His FM Pradeep Gynwali or Mr Bean is going to India primarily to seek this green signal.
So, the sum and substance is that if New Delhi helps Oli, there is no certainty that he will remain friendly with India. He may again bite the hand that fed him. Better to let him stew in his own juice!

Both have Moaist leaning which are detrimental to to Nepal stability and security and India as well.
Any olive branch to either one is disaster in making. They together have forsaken madhesis just like Kashmiri Hindus were meted the jihadi treatment.
Now is the time to kick them out when they are down.
Once they become powerful again you will see anti India rhetoric as usual with more vigor.
Fyi the Himalayan connectivity project needs to stopped right on its track as it will bring unforeseen disaster natural and man made at our doorstep.
These two gangadutt are good for nothing and along with Nepal bury India as well in their quest for power.
