Hyderabad (Telangana) [India], March 13: WELIVING Housing and Spaces Private Limited, a Hyderabad-based hospitality and real estate technology company established in 2025, has announced the appointment of Gowri Amarnath Madduluri, Managing Director of RK Group of Companies, as an Active Director of the company.

According to the company, the appointment marks a strategic step in strengthening WELIVING’s leadership as it expands its hospitality and real estate ecosystem across South India. Madduluri brings extensive experience from the real estate sector and is expected to play a key role in aligning property development expertise with WELIVING’s hospitality growth plans.

WELIVING is currently led by its CEO Venkata Abhigna Koppolu, positioning itself as a next-generation hospitality group focused on affordable, tech-enabled travel and living solutions.

As part of its expansion roadmap, WELIVING has announced plans to build a network of more than 1,500 rooms across South India by 2027, with investments focused on Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Karnataka, and Tamil Nadu. The company aims to expand its presence through service apartments and community-based hospitality spaces under its own operating chain.

The company stated that the addition of Madduluri to its leadership team is expected to further support this growth strategy, particularly by strengthening partnerships within the real estate ecosystem and accelerating property expansion across the region.

In parallel with its hospitality expansion, WELIVING is also developing a digital travel and accommodation platform, WEKATION, which will enable users to discover and book service apartments, hotels, resorts, and curated stays across India. The platform is currently under development and is expected to support the company’s broader hospitality network.

The technology development for WEKATION is being led by a young team of developers headed by Kesa Vivek, with team members Rahul Samineni, Srikesh Reddy Gaddam, Kshitij Moghe, and Harshith Chaterji. Many of the team members are students and recent graduates from Woxsen University, who initially joined the project as interns and are now actively contributing to the development of the application.

The company’s marketing and brand initiatives are being overseen by Chief Marketing Officer Krishna Teja Vuppalapati, who is currently leading outreach and strategic communication efforts as WELIVING continues to scale its hospitality footprint.

With the appointment of a new director and its planned expansion to 1,500 rooms by 2027, WELIVING aims to strengthen its presence in the South Indian hospitality market while building an integrated ecosystem combining hospitality operations and technology-driven travel solutions.
