Opposition parties again resorting to disruptions in Parliament — over SIR this time — is absurd. They had stalled proceedings over the same for weeks in the last monsoon session. It didn’t earn them Bihar voters’ sympathy. They must learn to read people’s message. Government couldn’t have wished for a better Opposition.
