BJP’s victory in Chandigarh Mayoral election with 16 votes as against AAP-Congress’ 20 is a marvel. Presiding authority-cum-BJP worker invalidating eight votes did the trick. What’s more, a poker-faced JP Nadda crediting it to development in UTs under PM Modi is laughable irony. It actually tarnishes a popular PM’s image.
