Wonder if such aggressive language demeaning and accusing ICMR of deliberately not parting with information, is based on facts ?
When the whole world is quite ignorant about the Virus to suggest that ICMR knows something, known to THE PRINT TEAM, but is unwilling to share with the rest of us is difficult to digest.
Exactly where the transparency is required and the rationale behind which decision is desirable would have been a better question based on some knowledge and facts.
The extreme reluctance to test more extensively remains an enduring mystery. It is bound to give rise to misgivings.
