The move by Delhi’s BJP mayors to shut meat shops during Navratri is outrageous. Forcing the vegetarianism of a section of the population on everyone tramples on individual freedoms. Surely BJP can’t expect to regain lost ground in the capital with such political foolishness. Senior leaders should end this charade.
