Becoming powerful and prosperous has its own time dimension. Hence, one must be balanced in suggestions, expectations and criticism. What is the maximum or minimum that can be done with respect to: a) State-Central Relations; b) Interstate relations; c) International Relations? Due deliberations with respect to the above be done with relevant experts /people and accordingly go-ahead.

Of course, one has to admit that there is something like Murphy’s laws and over a period of time scenarios may change and once again one has to deliberate afresh to know how to cope up with the changing scenarios.

The UN was formed after the second world war. Did wars stop after that? Many wars and many changing scenarios. / On the occasion of the 50th year of independence, there had been many special issues and many special columns published in various news media.

To that extent it has not happened on the occasion of the 75th year of independence. Probably it is worth reading them even now and publish as many columns in various media as per the present state of affairs-75th year.  An important point in some columns in some news media on the occasion of the 50th year of independence is as follows – There is no love lost if we do not remain together but we remain together because we cannot remain/survive separately! Obviously, societies are lacking required affinities to each other and there  is a need to promote coherence and see what best can be done for peaceful co-existence.

In national interest. Education and Science & Technology are two vital inputs for the development of the society and nation. Hence, as much order as possible be maintained in the academic sector. Academic sector should be exemplary. To promote state-central relations in this context, expansion in the education sector be made. Since independence, the number of IIT’s, IIM’s, AIIMS central universities and reputed institutes, etc. have been increasing. Let all states be duly covered in this context.

Aspiring for power and pelf and independence is there in all target groups. To some extent appeasement may be done to reduce social tensions. Since independence, the number of states, number of districts in a state etc. have been increasing. To what extent can this expansion happen? Everyone should feel that day-to-day life is hassle free and easy. This administrative system should be simplified and transparent. / To promote international relations, countries should organize as many international summits as possible. Similarly inter-state meetings should be held. Think tanks both at state and central level should work hard and in coherence.
