SEOUL, Feb 27 (Reuters) – The United States remains open to dialogue with North Korea without preconditions, South Korea’s Yonhap news agency and other media reported on Friday, citing the White House as saying.

North Korean leader Kim Jong Un said this week there was no reason to not have a good relationship with the U.S. if Washington withdraws what he called “hostile policy” against his country.
