SEOUL (Reuters) -South Korea’s chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff said on Tuesday that Russian technology possibly went into North Korea’s new intercontinental ballistic missile.

Nuclear-armed North Korea displayed its most advanced Hwasong-20 intercontinental ballistic missile in a military parade last week.

The chairman was answering a lawmaker’s question during a parliament hearing.
