SEOUL (Reuters) -South Korea plans to resume the operation at 551 of 647 government administrative systems after a fire at data centre paralysed online government services, media outlet Newsis reported on Sunday.

Authorities had restored 99% of key security equipment and at least half of network facilities that were affected by a major fire at the National Information Resources Service, Newsis said.
