SEOUL, March 1 (Reuters) – South Korea President Lee Jae Myung said on Sunday he hopes North Korea will resume dialogue as soon as possible to discuss a new era of relations between the neighbours.

In a speech marking the Koreas’ 107th March 1 Independence Movement Day, Lee said he would make efforts to restart talks with Pyongyang for peace on the Korean peninsula.
