SEOUL, Dec 11 (Reuters) – South Korean Oceans Minister Chun Jae-soo said on Thursday he intends to step down to focus on proving reported allegations he received improper funds from Unification Church were “completely false.”

Chun told reporters he was resigning his post so that the questions surrounding the allegations do not negatively impact the work of President Lee Jae Myung’s government or the ministry.
