WASHINGTON, Jan 29 (Reuters) – The Cree Nation of Mistissini in Quebec was on lockdown Thursday after two men were shot and killed in the community, the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation said, citing a local official.

Chief Michael Petawabano, the leader of the Cree community, asked residents to stay inside and keep doors locked, CBC reported.
