What happens when a neuro-linguist turns into an actor. He becomes Rana Lincoln Das! This actor’s drive for finesse has helped him turn himself from a small-town ambitious kid to an established actor in Bollywood.

Rana Lincoln Das was born and raised in Kharagpur, a small town in West Bengal.

Rana focused on academics and majored in Psychology. Dr. David Lincoln, Rana’s grandfather was one of the known personalities in NLP training. Rana was coached under Dr. David for neuro-linguistic programs’ training and soon he joined Dr. David’s firm, NLP Training Pvt. Ltd as a manager. After learning the skills of the job, Rana took over from his grandfather and became the Managing Director of NLP Training Pvt. Ltd.

His training programs are globally acclaimed and his clients are spread across the world. Ranging from students to doctors and HNIs to celebrities, Rana has a client base in all professions.

His celebrity connections gained him modelling and acting assignments. Though reluctantly, but with confidence, Rana tried to give acting a chance. His NLP training helped him to get into the character and grasp and memorise the scripts as the producers require, thus making Rana an efficient resource.

With a few movies in hand and a couple of modelling assignments later, Rana has a big career waiting ahead in Bollywood.

“I’ll be happier to work in motivational true stories, rather than fake, scripted stories because this will give me a chance to live another person’s life,” said Rana Lincoln Das.

Recently, Rana lost his grandfather David Lincoln in the Covid pandemic. He was not available for a long time in town. Rana is living in Goa now and making some good moves for his acting career and future.
