Lokesh Goyal has been reigning the robot-making industry for the past 20 years. A pioneer in bringing the technology to India along with Panasonic India as a partner, Lokesh has cared and nurtured the business such that he almost has a monopoly in the sector. No competitor can afford to beat him in the game — be it quality wise or price point, Lokesh is the master of the game.

Lokesh graduated with a technical degree from Harvard University 20 years ago. He had a dream to make AI-based robotic arms used in various production industries. He selected the automobile industry, roped in Panasonic India as a partner, and started his first plant at Jalandhar, thus initiating the robotic revolution in India. Today, with a multimillion turnover of Fairdeal Agencies, Lokesh is the undeniable leader of the industry.

The challenges Lokesh faced were majorly technological. Twenty years ago, the AI industry was just in its infancy. To gain access to high-end technology was near impossible. Lokesh created his own unit for spares and the high-end niche tech required to move ahead. With his own R&D centre in place, Lokesh now produces innovative stuff challenging his own robots and training them to overcome problems and automate.

Lokesh is visiting faculty at various IIMs and IITs in the country, where he delivers his experience in international business.

Despite such a busy schedule, he has not forgotten to give back to society. He started Myra Foundation amidst the Covid pandemic to facilitate helping the needy and the poor. Those who lost jobs and funds due to the pandemic were supported with food and clothes across many cities in northern India.

The NGO is now all set to work for the entire nation by supporting the Swachh Bharat mission and fighting back Covid-19. Lokesh has donated his personal funds to the foundation and is seeking help from other NGOs to work in collaboration.

A family man himself, Lokesh never neglected his personal life. He lives with his family and and parents in Jalandhar.
