Hitesh Thawani and his organisation, Precious Paws, is a trusted name in the field of animal daycare, product services, boutique spa, and therapy centre. Thawani became an entrepreneur at 19 and has only grown in strength in his chosen field. At 29, he has managed to maintain the goals and objectives of his profession and the motivations with which he started this business.

Dubai-based Precious Paws has won an award for its Thai spa-themed pet boutique and has won accolades for the excellence of its care for pets. Since Thawani was a pet parent himself, it helped him connect better with other pet lovers and understand their needs and concerns firsthand.

For the team and Thawani, it’s a job they are good at and which they love. The entrepreneur aced the competition because of his personal attachment towards animals. The service he is able to give to the furry animals that walked in with their owners makes him and his team feel they are contributing to society.

Thawani shares that although people see it as a business, his team and he thinks of it “as a selfless act of love, where they have to be like a mother to the animals and take care of them as if they are human children without making them feel even the slightest bit of inconvenience as they cannot complain about their services or give feedback.”
